My Experience
Over the last five years, I have developed a passion for project management, content creation, digital design and marketing strategy. Before attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha, I was a self-taught designer. Now I have had the opportunity to take courses to give me an in-depth education about graphic design and communication tools while gaining real life experience leading campus organizations and working in this industry. The combination of learning on my own and enrolling in classes has given me the confidence as a marketing creative and digital designer that never stops progressing in their craft.

When I think about what motivates me, it is simple. I have a passion for making connections and gaining experience. These help me both in my personal and professional life become a well-rounded individual and the best version of myself.
I would not be who I am today without the people I have met and places I have been. Growing up, I was surrounded by artists who taught me the importance of expressing my creativity and inspired me to embrace my artistic side. Through these relationships, I learned that you have to appreciate the little things in life and find beauty in the most unexpected of places.
Meeting new people has given me the opportunity to have quality conversations, to hear inspiring stories and to learn something new. Every connection is special because no two people share the same experiences. This pushed me to pursue a career that is dedicated to helping others and sharing what makes everyone one of a kind.
I have always had a drive to gain more knowledge and explore new environments. That is why I often grab onto any opportunity that presents itself. Whether that would be joining organizations and accepting leadership positions on campus, saying yes to spontaneous trips to unknown locations or lending a hand when someone is in need.
Everyday, I aspire to be true to myself and to never be satisfied with the present. I believe there are so many people to connect with and grow from and there is so much in life to see and experience. My dedication to work and those around me is something that I take great pride in. Because I learned from those close to me, my work often has personal ties to the places I have lived, people I have met and things that have shaped me into who I am today. I take these experiences and use different mediums to show how they are unique and special. I enjoy exploring different digital technology to challenge boundaries between mediums to tell my story and help others tell theirs.

From brand development, marketing strategy, social media management to event planning, I have become a highly capable visual designer and marketing specialist.
